:: Our Videos Are Only Shipped In DVD Format which means we do not carry VHS.

:: Our merchant account is through GoEmerchant. GoEmerchant only offers our shopping cart system. Should you need
   support, contact US, GoEmerchant will not be able to assist you.

:: All Transactions are secured and we are verified through "VERISIGN." The information you submit to us is secure. Your
   information is never sold, shared, or traded with any third party source. We will never utilize the information you submit
   to us in negligence nor will we ever use it any way against you. We pride ourselves in keeping our customers happy!

:: Fraud Prevention: If the bill to & ship to information does not match, you will receive a telephone call from us to verify
   your identification. If we do not speak to you via telephone, we will void out your transaction.
   In the event there is fraudulent activity, or a the transaction is reported as fraud, your IP Address is tracked when you
   place your order, we will initiate a law enforcement report, we will take this report to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
   And we will prosecute. We take Fraud Very Seriously. This is a portion of the reason we keep our prices low.

:: Shipping: We ship via US Mail. All DVDs are shipped in brown bubble mail packages. Nobody will know nor can guess
   what is inside the package. All orders are shipped with Signature Confirmation. If any packages are not signed for and
   returned back to us, we will make one phone call to you to confirm your package. If we do not speak to you within 24 hours
   we will re-ship your package back to your posesion. If the 2nd attempt is not signed for and the package is returned back
   to us. We will then refund your credit card on file.

:: Signature Confirmation, ONLY THE PURCHASER can sign for the packages. If you are not at your address, you may have
   someone other than yourself sign for your package. However, they will need to sign your name in order for your package to
   be delivered.

:: Credit Card Charges: Charges will appear as Sebastian Sloane Productions. We only accept Visa & Mastercard.

:: DVD Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, Replacements: We will only exchange the Item you purchased for the same item. You
   will need to ship us the damaged or defective item to receive a new item and only the same item will be shipped to you.
   If you feel that you need a refund, exchange, etc. please contact us, we will try to work something out with you.

:: DVD Shipping Time: Not all items are in stock at times, we do run out of stock from time to time. Please allow up to 30 days
   to receive your item from the time your order was placed.

:: Pirating DVDs: If we catch you pirating our DVDs, we will be seeing you in court. We have an in-house counsel and all they
  do is search the net day in and day out to locate those pirating our DVDs. IF our DVDs are not found on this website, 9
  times out of 10 they are being pirated. We will shut you down! Pirating is violating our copyright policies, the FBI investigates
  any and ALL allegations of Copyright Infringement.
  Should you suspect or even think that someone is pirating, contact us. There is a VERY NICE reward for those who report
  someone who is pirating and caught in the act.

:: Coupons / Promo Codes: To use a promo code or coupon, these are only good on DVDs and items listed. They are not
   valid for our Theatre or Membership areas unless specified.

:: In The Event you should receive damaged DVDs we will replace them at no cost. Please contact us to inform us of this, we
   will work out a trade-off. Send us the damaged DVDs and we will ship you replacements.

:: Disputes... In the event you should not receive your order, it is your responsibility to contact us. This is why we have
   a Customer Support Department. If you do not contact us, we have no clue whether you received your order or not.
   We will fight the dispute. We do not take Credit Card disputes lightly.

:: Fraud. In the event your credit card is disputed as a fraudulent transaction we will Prosecute to the fullest extent the law will
  allow. If you have someone else's credit card we strongly suggest that you not use it. When orders are placed, your IP
  address is tracked. Whether your someone using someone else's credit card, or your the card holder using your credit card to
  gain your money back... we strongly suggest that you order not be fraudulent. We work with the FBI on every fraudulent
  order. We will prosecute you whether your order is $1.00 or if it's $1,000.00.

:: Please use our services only for your enjoyment, we ask that you not share these DVDs with minors or anyone under the age
   of 21. DVDs are also NOT for resale or rental without our signed permission.
